FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

Functional fitness is a classification of training that focuses on preparing the body for real-life movements and daily activities. Unlike traditional bodybuilding, which often isolates specific muscles (like a bicep curl), functional fitness prioritizes "movement patterns" that recruit multiple muscle groups and joints simultaneously.

The ultimate goal is to improve your functional longevity and your ability to perform everyday tasks like carrying groceries, picking up a child, or climbing stairs with ease and a lower risk of injury.

KETTLEBELL CLASSES

Niko is a semi pro soccer player playing at the UPSL level with hopes to further his career. He currently coaches the South Portland boy's first team as well as helps train young athletes in athleticism and soccer.
